別荘地

世の中、田舎暮らしが静かなブームらしい。テレビでも、田舎の古民家をリフォームして住むという特集をしていた。実際、私も、家の近くに別荘地を探しているので紹介してもらえないかと頼まれている。が、なかなか条件がぴったりと合って上手い具合に話が進むということは、難しい。
最近、我が家の近くに別荘を建てたパン屋さんのご夫婦がいて、親しくなった。いろいろ話しているうちに、共通の知人や友人がいることがわかり意気投合した。世の中、本当に狭いものだ。スローライフを求めて玉川に別荘を建てることを決意されたとの由。
この地に住んでいるにもかかわらず、スローライフからはほど遠い私は、少々反省させられた。私などから見ると、とても羨ましいくらいな生活ぶりだが、私たちの生活を見て、なんでも「いいねえ～」と感心されるのである。
私たちにとっては、少々不便であたり前ななんでもない暮らしぶりが、豊かに映る人もいるのかと改めてこちらが驚くばかり。
素敵なご夫婦の焼くパンは、ほんとうに美味しい(^.^)　普段あまりパンを食べない我が家の男性陣も喜んでいただいている。今度、我が家で採れた野菜や果物を入れたパンを焼いていただく予定。とても楽しみだ。
