イノシシ鍋
あつあつのイノシシ鍋が美味しい季節になりました。
実を言うと私は、このシシ鍋の独特な匂いがちょっと苦手だったのですが、先日村の男性軍が炊いていたシシ鍋は、豪快で、しかもまめにアク取りをしたのか、あっさりしていて美味しかったです。
今はちょうどイノシシがよく獲れる時期でもあります。料理されたものを見るのはいいのですが、捕えられたイノシシは見たくないですね(ーー;)
人は本当にいろいろな生き物の命をいただいて生きているのだとしみじみ思います。
