木地の里　パン教室

松山のパン屋さんご夫婦が玉川が気に入ったとログハウスを建てられた。
その名も「木地（きじ）の里」。もしかして、これって、パン生地とのかけことば？！？イエイエ、このあたりの地名なんです。

そこのパン工房のパン教室にお誘いいただいた。友人と参加して、本当に久しぶりにのんびりとした時間を過ごしました(^.^)
それに自分たちが焼いたパンのおいしいこと！おいしいこと！！少々形はいびつでも、美味しいから許せる(^.^)
そしてとてもコーヒーを入れるのが上手なおじさんが、美味しいコーヒーを淹れてくれました。なんでも研究に研究を重ねたオリジナルコーヒーなんだって。
玉川のよさを松山出身の方に改めて教えていただいて、感激の１日でした。

帰り道、３人で山を降りるのが苦しかった～～(^_^;)そのくらい食べちゃいました。しかも、沢山のお土産つきよ～～。帰ってお家でもまた花が咲くよね。きっと。
皆さんも、またここでご紹介したいと思いますので、どうか参加してみてくださいね。
夏には、我が家のブルーベリーを使ったパンを焼いてみようという話になりました。ジャムもいいよね。これだから、田舎は好きなんだっペ(^_^)v
