やま越
今治市常盤町に、最近地元の新聞やテレビにも出ている「やま越」というたこ焼きやさんがあります。
ここには、「お豚さま」と大きな張り紙があり、ずっと気になっていました。
（私は、たこ焼きと一緒に”焼き豚”かなにかを売っているのかなと思っていました(^_^;)
でも、それはやはり「たこ焼き」やさん。そんなわけはありません。
これは、たこの代わりに豚肉が入っているのです。
息子に１度チャレンジしてみようと言われて、初めて食べました。
「お豚さま」は、あとキムチ豚と紅豚さまがいらっしゃって、これは紅生姜が入っている「紅豚さま」です。
個人的には、１番シンプルなねぎが入っているたこ焼が、気に入りました。
全部制覇するには、かなり時間がかかるように思います(^.^)
