早起き
４月から随分と早起きになった。
だいたい５時半には起きている。
低血圧の私だけれど、もともと早起きは嫌いではない。朝の爽やかな空気や、だんだん明るくなってくる夜明けなど、とてもスキ。
でも、宵っ張りなのでそれらを満喫できるかと言えばそうではない。夜は相変わらず１時よりも早く寝ることはないし・・・。（まあこれでも１時間くらいは早く寝るようになった）。
それでもなかなかひとりの時間は取れないものである(*_*)
最近の自分の変化と言えば、綺麗好きだったということに気づいたことと、仕事に負けず嫌いなところが出てきたところだ（←ホント？？）
まあ、綺麗好きというのと綺麗にしているというのは、別だけど・・・(^_^;)
それでも整然と片づいた寝る前の台所とか、ピカピカに磨かれた洗面所などに自分がハッピーな気持ちになれると気づいただけでも、ヨシなのである。
そして以前よりも大分モノを捨てられるようになった。やっぱり片付けの基本は、モノを持たないことですな。もう本当に必要なモノだけに囲まれて暮らしたいって感じ。
そんな今日この頃のワタシなのでした。
