トリノオリンピック

なかなかメダルが取れない日本だが、夜は必ずトリノがテレビで流れている我が家だ。
その話題にのぼるのが、スピードスケートなどの解説を担当している堀井学さんだ。
私は、選手時代の彼には（失礼ながら）あまり興味がなかったが、今回のトリノの解説には、いつも家族で感心しているのである。
それは、日本語の美しさ。そして選手たちの紹介の仕方。激励の仕方。それらもろもろに彼の知性が感じられて、とても好感を持って聞いている。
やはり、日本語をきれいに使えるというのは、素敵だな。改めて思わせてくれる彼の解説だ。
